Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast1/4 cup butter, melted1/4 cup mustard1/2 cup honey1 tsp. curry powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions
Dice chicken into bite-size pieces.
Stir remaining ingredients together.
Stir chicken into the sauce.
Bake at 350° until chicken is cooked through, about 30 to 40 minutes.
OR
Cook it on the stove-top over medium-high until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with hot rice and a colorful vegetable on the side.
