*Pork, fresh, loin, raw, 1 lb*KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce 1 cupMeat tenderizer 1 Twater
Cut ribs apart to fit into a large container that will fit in refrigerator. Sprinkle meat generously with meat tenderizer. Cover meat with water and refrigerate for 2-3 days. Pour all contents into a large stove-top pot and bring to a boil. Redue heat to a simmer and cook for at least 2 hours. Remove meat from pot into either a foil-lined metal baking pan or aluminum disposable pan. Coat all meat with BBQ sauce and cook on BBQ grill on low for about 1 hour. Coat meat with BBQ sauce as needed during the hour.
