Ingredients
Directions
6 serving Chicken Drum Stick ( 1 small drumstick = 73g) (by CAPER75) 6 tbsp Kroger Sweet Orange Marmalade Preserves (by TURTLE2MONK) 6 tbsp Kikkoman Teryaki Sauce Less Sodium (by MOJODAVO) 1 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic, water, phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY)
This is a glaze not a maranade, though you could maranate the chicken in it if you like.
Mix orange marmalade and teriyaki sauce together in a bowl or measure cup with a baster brush for covering the chicken pieces entirely and then place the pieces in a foil lined baking dish for easier clean up as this glaze is sticky and has a tendency to burn on the pan if not used at the right temperature cooking.
Pre heat ove for 350 degrees and place chicken in oven to roast while taking it out every 10, 15 or 20 minutes(for a whole chicken) to bast with left over glaze. Cook for however long you need to depending on cut of poultry and cooking times. A quick google search of info could tell you or a meat thermometer. White meat cooks faster than dark and at a lower temp when done(160 vs 180 degrees). Of course smaller pieces and cuts will cook faster than larger pieces will as well.
Serving Size: Makes 6 small one piece servings of protein for a light dinner or a heavier lunch.
