Ingredients
6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Cream Of Tartar5.3 oz Fage 0% Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
Preheat 300°F, place parchment paper on baking sheets. Separate eggs into separate medium bowls. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with electric mixer on high until stiff peaks form. Combine yolks, 2/3 c Greek yogurt, and salt. Add 1/3 egg whites mixture into yolk mixture. Mix. Fold rest of egg white mixture into yolk mix. Be careful not to over mix, just make it so you don't see a lot of separate whites/yolks. Spoon mixture onto parchment paper in 3" circles. Pat down to about 1/2" thick. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top. Serving Size: 1 piece
