Avocado Spinach Egg Bake

Ingredients
4 serving 1/2 fresh avocado 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Egg white, large 0.25 cup Spinach, fresh 0.25 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers 0.25 cup Cheese - 2% - 4 Cheese Mexican - Shredded - Kroger
Directions
Chop spinach and jalapeños Mix egg, egg white, spinach and jalapeños in bowl Avacado halves should be pitted Cut a small piece off the back side of the avocado to make it flat Scoop a little of avocado out creating a deeper bowl Poor egg mixture into avocado Bake for 20-25 mins Turn off oven and sprinkle cheese on top and allow to sit in oven until cheese melts
