Gianduja - Orange Multigrain Bread

6 cups whole wheat bread flour1 cup multigrain flour1 tbsp instant yeast1 tbsp sea salt2 1/4 cups Dream Blends Almond, Cashew & Hazelnut Drink, warmed1/4 cup canola oil1 tbsp vanilla extract9 1/2 tbsp Fiordifrutta Organic Fruit Spread (Seville Orange)1/2 cup Nocciolata Organic Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Combine the flours, yeast and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook.
Add the mylk, oil, vanilla and fruit spread and knead 10 minutes on medium low speed, until dough is smooth and clears the sides of the bowl.
Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
Deflate and divide in half.
Working with one half at a time, roll out into a large rectangle and spread with chocolate hazelnut spread, leaving a 1" border on one short edge.
Starting on the short edge, roll up the dough and pinch the seam to seal.
Place loaves in greased loaf pans, cover and let rise 1 hour, until doubled.
Heat oven to 350F.
Bake for 1 hour, until tests 200F on a thermometer.
Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, 32 servings
