Cajun Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 - 2 1/2 lb Beef Chuck Roast 1 cup Onions, chopped1 Red Bell pepper, chopped1 12 oz pkg Frozen Okra1 can Petite Diced Tomato Salt, pepper, garlic and cajun spice to taste
Directions
Place roast in crock pot,sprinkle each side with half of the spices. Top with remaining ingredients and spices. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
