Chicken Chili (Beanless)

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, approx. 8 ounces Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz) Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can (10.75 oz)1 packet McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix, 4 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
Directions
Cut chicken into chunks and cook in the microwave. Add all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or more. For an extra kick add hot sauce or additional jalepenos.

Serving size = 1 cup of chili
