1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.5 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 tbsp Basil4.0 portion, amount of dry mix to make 8 fl oz prepared Beef bouillon4.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw4.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned3.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 can Canned Tomatoes1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh0.5 cup Tomato Paste20.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans1.0 cup Zuccini Squash1.0 serving Italian seasoning
Cook beef drain. Add remainder of ingredients except zuccini, beans and corn. Simmer well 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add zuccini, beans, and corn and more pepper as desired. Cook until zuchini is done. If you like spicy add a dash off crushed reed pepper flakes.
