Gluten Free Chocolate Shortbread

Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 15 gram(s) Otto's Cassava Flour 1 stick Butter, unsalted 21 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl or food processor. Melt butter and mix. Allow to harden in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Roll and cut to desired shape. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15-18 minutes.
