Fiesta Lime and Beans with Rice

2 serving Yellow Sweet Bellpepper (Half a pepper) (by CARIELT) .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic .33 cup Vegetable Broth 100 grams Cilantro, raw 2 cup Beans, pinto 5 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 cup Trader Joe's Organic Super Sweet Cut Corn, Frozen (by CHRISTYARIEL) CuminSalt and pepper to taste
Saute Veges in vegetable broth with 1 tsp Cumin or more to taste Add half of the cilantro, beans and corn after veges are soft. Mix remaining Lime Juice, 1 tsp Cumin, and Cilantro for lime sauce. Serve Bean Mixture over brown rice and put Lime Juice mixture over top.
