Ingredients
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Garlic Scapes (by STEFIBLES) 6 serving Bacon - Pork 1 medium slice pan fried 6 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 oz Cheddar Cheese
Directions
line muffin tin with bacon, add 1/6 of the cooked garlic and mushroom to each tin, add 1/6 of the cheese, scramble an egg and add it to each tin. Cook for 30-35 minutes
