4.0 oz Cheddar Cheese1.0 tbsp Olive Oil3.0 cup Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.75 cup Beans, black2.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning9.4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1.0 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)8.0 tbsp macayo taco sauce
Directions
Sautee onions and pepper in olive oil till tender . cook cubed chicken breast then add cauliflower with has been riced . cook for 5 min add all the ingredients cook until blended the put into baking dish. shredded cheese in top and bake at 375 for 30 min cover with foil. when done spoon off excess liquid . your ready to eat Serving Size: 6 - 1 cup servings
