Keto Pork Rind Tortillas

Ingredients
9 serving Pork Rinds(Baken-ets Fried Pork Skins)(14g) 8 oz Cream Cheese 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 gram Spice - Granulated Garlic (1 tbsp) (by SNCNFC) 1 tbsp Cumin - Ground, McCormick (1 tbsp) (by MIKEGINA) .33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
1. Process pork rinds in food processor for 10 seconds, until powdery.
2. Add all other ingredients - process 45 seconds until you have smooth batter.
3. PREHEAT griddle or non stick pan and allow 1/3 cup of batter per tortilla. Spread batter thin as you can with spatula - Cook about 2 minutes.
4. Flip tortilla and continue to cook until set or golden brown.
5 Repeat with remaining batter. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic and store in freezer.
