2 tbsp Wild Harvest Organic Coconut Flour 2 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground 3 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetner - adjusted carbs for erythritol (by BERIEDER) .25 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mug for microwaving, You will need to add a tbsp of water as coconut flour is very absorbent. Place in microwave and cook 1 min 15 sec. Turn mug upside down on plate and shake lightly to release.
