8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 12 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) .5 cup Butter, salted 10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Poppy Seed
Melt butter, beat eggs and add together. Add all the other ingredients including the zest of 1 lemon and leaving 1 tsp of sugar for later. Once mixed really well bake on 375 for 50 minutes in a buttered 9x5 loaf pan. Before baking, sprinkle the last tsp of sugar on top. If you desire a regular bread recipe, add only 1 tsp f sugar or even omit it all and instead of adding lemon and poppy seed add 1 to 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar.
