0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon1.0 serving Red Potato
Diced potatoes and dice the bacon. Fry the bacon until crispy and remove to a dish . In the bacon grease that remained, add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and fry till soft and browned. Crack the eggs on top of the potatoes and cover cooking until the whites of the eggs are set. Grate the cheese and crumble over the potatoes and eggs. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over the top of the cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
