Ingredients
2 cup Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut (by HEALTHYHARMONY) 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 8 tbsp Coconut Oil, extra virgin organic Hearty Naturals raw cold pressed (by CKAVADAS) 4 dash Salt 45 gram(s) Baker Josef's Partially Defatted Peanut Flour, 1/4 cup (by DS1222) 2 tbsp Adams 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 4.5 tbsp Erythritol, powdered-adjusted to 0 NC (by LIVESIMPLY1) 5 tsp Xylitol Sweetener, 1 tsp serving (by KIMBM04R)
Directions
melt coconut oil. Add peanut butter. Mix other ingredients together, then add those to the coconut oil and peanut butter. Stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Chill. Store in fridge or freezer.
