Ingredients
6.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice8.0 oz Cream Cheese2.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream2.0 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1 packet gelatin
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin on heavy cream in small bowl, and let stand for 10 minutes. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in lemon juice, Stevia and vanilla. Add cream mixture and blend. Spoon into 4 small ramekins and chill about one hour.
