Debbie's chicken potatoe soup

Ingredients
2 1tsp Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup Kroger Frozen Mixed Vegetables (by LANABYTE) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat 1 cup Half and Half Cream .25 cup Cornstarch 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 serving Chicken Boullion Cubes *Herbox*, 1 cube = 1 serving (by LORBILENKIN) 1 tsp Poultry seasoning .5 tbsp Basil 2 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
In large pot add olive oil. onion,cabbage and sauté approx. 7 minutes,until tender.. Add diced potatoes,chicken broth, mixed vegetables, and chicken. Bring pot to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes. Wisk cornstarch into half and half and pour into pot, simmer for 5 minutes,stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
