2 cup Mashed Potatoes 1 cup Glutinous rice flour1 cup Potato Flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
mix together and roll out long logs. Cut each log in .5 inch pieces. Roll them on your fork to spread them out. Place in boiling water and when floats to the top spoon out. rinse in cold water and serve quickly. Can be frozen at pre boil stage for make ahead pasta
