Sweet Potatoes and Black Beans in BBQ Sauce

1070 grams (4 large) sweet potato425 grams (1 15-oz can) black beans 180 grams (1 medium) onion85 grams (2 ribs) celery250 grams (9 oz) bbq sauce
Peel 4 sweet potatoes and cut each one into 8 pieces of about equal size.
Drain and rinse the can of beans.
Chop the onion and celery.
Place sweet potato chunks at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the mixture over the sweet potato chunks.
Cover.
Cook on high 2-3 hours, or on low 4 hours.
