Greek - style Salad

Ingredients
0.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)2.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)8.0 tbsp cilantro, fresh2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime0.25 cup kalamata olive0.5 tsp Cavender's Salt Free Greek Seasoning
Directions
Chop cilantro. 8 Tbsp is a quarter cup. Chop spinach if desired. Cut avocado in half. Chop half and add to spinach and cilantro. Cut grape tomatoes in half and add. Add feta cheese and olives. Toss ingredients to mix. In a separate bowl, mash the other half of the avocado. Add olive oil, lime juice and Greek Seasoning. Mix well to make dressing. Add dressing to salad. Serve immediately or chill before serving. Serving Size: Makes 6 servings 0.5 cup per serving
