Creamed cauliflower and spinach

Ingredients
1.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked1.0 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh0.5 cup Cheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms2.0 tbsp Half and Half Cream1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Cook cauliflower. Melt butter in a pan cook diced onions in. Add spinach to onions and cook until wilted. Blend cauliflower until broke up/mashed. Mix with spinach and onion. Add shredded cheese and cream. Season to taste. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, enjoy!
