Cheeseburger Salad Hattie 2017 Venison or 93% beef

Ingredients
8 serving Iceburg lettuce 2 cups shredded 16 oz Venison, ground 1 tbsp Onion powder 2 tbsp worstershire sauce (by FOURMULA) 6 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Clean and shred a head of ice burg lettuce, set aside

brown beef/venison, once browned add onion powder and worstershire sauce, turn on low and let simmer for 5 min.

while the meat is simmering place lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl, and then cheese.

Once the meat is done pour entire contents of pan over the lettuce and cheese and stir. Top with tomatoes and serve! Yum!!


Serving Size: Makes 4 large salads, could easily do 8 servings as a side salad.
