Crispy Ranch Chicken Breast

Ingredients
3.0 serving Tortilla Chips (Tostitos, Bite Size, Corn) 24 chips8.0 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix only0.13 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F and cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spray lightly with olive oil spray (not included in calories). Rinse chicken breast and (if desired) cut away any excess fatty parts. In a Ziploc bag measure tortilla chips (about 1.5 cups) and crush to desired texture. Add 1 packet of Ranch Dip Mix to bag and shake well. Pour egg whites into a bowl. Dip each breast into egg whites then transfer to bag to coat. Lay each breast out on prepared cookie sheet. Sprinkle any excess coating onto the chicken, making sure all are evenly coated. Place in oven and bake about 30 mins or until done.
