Spinach Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour .75 cup Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt .25 cup Canola Oil .75 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 6 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach .5 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Whisk together dry ingredients. In a blender, combine milk, oil, and spinach. Blend until pureed. Add in banana and vanilla, blend on low just to mix. Mix with dry ingredients. Pour batter into muffin cups. Bake 18-20 minutes at 350.
