Ingredients
1 C cooked & roughly chopped skinless lean chicken breast1/2 C chopped cucumber1/3 C red seedless grapes, halved1/3 C chopped apple1/4 C plain fat-free yogurt2 TBSP fat-free mayo1 no-calorie sweetner packet (Splenda)optional:1/4 tsp Lemon Pepperdash salt(the optional ingredients are not included in the nutritional calculations)
Directions
Mix together the yogurt, mayo, sweetener, lemon pepper & salt. Coat the chicken in this mixture then stir in the chopped cucumber, grape halves & chopped apple. Then...chow down!!
