1 serving bananna - med 0.35 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 serving Protein Powder - Chocolate one scoop - EAS premium protein
Directions
blend ingredients together (excluding coconut oil). fry in coconut oil, turning after a couple of minutes.
