Zucchini Turkey Lasagna

Ingredients
28.0 oz Pureed Crushed Tomato5.0 cup, sliced Zucchini2.0 cup Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese 2% Milk Fat Small Curd20.0 oz Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/1512.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh5.0 tbsp Italian Style Pasta Sauce Mix3.0 cloves Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Sautee diced onion with sliced onion until onion is translucent. Add in garlic and what ever spices you prefer -sautee 3 minutes. Add in ground turkey. Stir and cook until turkey is browned. Add in crushed tomatoes and 2 packets italian pasta sauce mix. Stir thoroughly heat for 5 minutes. In a bowl mix full container of cottage cheese and 8 oz of mozzarella cheese along with what ever seasoning you prefer. Slice zucchini into strips that resemble noodles. In a 9 × 13 pan layer one layer of sauce then sliced zucchini top with half of cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese mixture. Repeat another layer with sauce, zucchini and cheese. Top off with remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining 4 oz of mozzarella on top. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes after baking.
