6 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 6 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 fl oz Whiskey 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 0.35 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 dash Salt 1.35 fl oz Water, tap
Grind oatmeal in blender to create flour. Mix with cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Make flax egg by mixing flaxseed with water and setting aside for ten minutes. Melt coconut oil and mix with vanilla extract, whiskey, flax egg and brown sugar. Stir wet ingredients into dry and blend well. Divide batter into a prepared muffin tin and bake at 350 F for 15-to-20 minutes.
