Tom's Bread Sticks

Ingredients
1/2 T active dry yeast3/4 c warm water1 3/4 c flour1/2 T olive oilPinch of salt 1 T butter melted1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour and form into mound; pour yeast , olive oil, and salt into center of mound. Draw together ingredients with spatula. Hand mix to form a dough, and knead until dough no longer sticks to hands. Place in greased bowl for 1 1/2-2 hrs and cover with towel. Place in warm area and allow to proof til doubled in size. Punch down to remove air bubbles. Place on cutting board. Flatten to about 1/4 in thick rectangle. Cut into 12 breadsticks.
Bake at 450 for 10 min. Breadsticks will rise slightly during baking. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with cheese. ENJOY!
