1 cup (8 fl oz) Decaffeinated Coffee 1 cup Aldi's Friendly Farms Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Vanilla 1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .6 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave 1 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
I freeze half of the coffee into small ice cubes. I use frozen banana chunks. blend all together and enjoy!! You can use yogurt (1/2 cup) instead of 1 cup almond milk. (use 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup yogurt) I don't do dairy, which is why I make the way I do.
