2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 12 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts) 16 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 1 serving Stevia Extract Liquid - Natural Vanilla Flavor - serving size - 4 drops(.12mL) (by EWEINHISPASTURE) 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Melt butter in microwave.
Stir in peanut butter and cocoa powder
Add sweetener and coconut. Mix well.
Spoon onto sheet pan.
Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator, bagged.
Serving Size: 2 small cookies- makes 18 small cookies

Very good! My only change was to use coconut sugar in place of the stevia...my personal preference. I used 1 T. - 10/1/17

So glad you enjoyed it!! I can't use anything but Xylitol, Swerve or the liquid Stevia but I am glad it was adjustable!
