Ingredients
Directions
6 oz Kroger Solid White albacore tuna (by VANZIMM) 2 serving Oopsie Bread 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .25 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Onion powder .50 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Finely Shredded Cheese (Happy Farms - Aldi)
Heat oven to 350.
Set Oopsie bread aside.
Drain tuna and add to a bowl. To that bowl add onions, mayo, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder. (I did very light shakes of each and went based on taste.)
Place oopsie bread on parchment lined baking sheet. Top each of the four oopsie breads with the tuna mixture. I divided it evenly among them.
Top each with shredded cheese and bake about 15 min, until cheese is melted and tuna hot.
Enjoy w/a small salad!
