Elderberry Strawberry Smash

Ingredients
1 Serving six star 100% whey protein (added by West) 1 C Strawberries, frozen from fresh 1 C Elderberries frozen from fresh 1 C (8 fl oz) Water as needed for texture 1 Serving Oatmeal, Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Peaches and Cream 98 gram(s) (20) Seedless green grapes 1/4 C sunflower seeds with light salt
Directions
Add all ingredients except for 1/2 the water. Blend until desired texture is acheived adding additional water as necessary. This protein powder thickens a great deal when blended which accounts for the number of servings. Also, less water can be used to make a wonderful, frozen, sherbert like desert. Enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 3 (8oz) servings
