1.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.5 tsp Ginger, ground0.5 tsp Salt15.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)3.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peaches, fresh1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.25 cup Canola Oil2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Preheat oven to 3:50 Mix first 9 ingredients. Dice peaches and mix with flour mixture. Mix eggs, milk, oil and vanilla in seperate bowl and add to flour mixture. Do not over mix. Fill 18 muffin cups and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
