Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med .5 small Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 fruit (2" dia) Limes 1 serving Small Hass Avacado 4 cup Bush’s, Black Beans .5 bunch cilantro
Directions
Slice and dice onion, jalapeño and garlic.
Saute on medium heat for about five minutes.
Add all ingredients to a large pot.
Cook until heated throughly.

*While soup is cooking dice up Roma tomatoes, lime(s), cilantro, and avocado to use as garnish to further enhance the soup's flavor.

**If you are looking for a creamy soup instead of "chunky" use an immersion blender (or standard counter top blender) to reach desired look.
