Cheddar Broccoli Rice and Chicken

Ingredients
2 cup Broccoli, Fresh Steamed 1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Pepper, black 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Cut up chicken into cubes and add to large skillet. Cook chicken in olive oil on medium-high heat until brown. Add garlic and pepper to season. Push chicken to one side and add white rice with more olive oil to opposite side of large skillet. Brown for approximately 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and stir everything together. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer for approximately 12 minutes. Add cut up broccoli florets, cover and simmer for an additional 8 minutes or until broccoli and rice are tender. Remove from heat and add 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix together. Add the rest of cheese on top and let melt/sit for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
