Heart Healthy Savory Chicken and Brown Rice

Ingredients
8 - 10 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast1 Cup Celery Diced1 Cup Fresh Onion Diced1/3 Cup Sweet Red Pepper Chopped3 Tbls. Margarine14.5 oz. Can Chicken Broth - Fat Free / Reduced Sodium10.75 oz. Can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 Tbls. Poultry Seasoning2 Tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning6 Cups Whole Grain Brown Rice (Cooked)
Directions
Cook Rice on stove top or microwave.

Sprinkle chicken with Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend and grill until done. Chop cooked chicken into bite sized pieces.

Melt margarine in large frying pan or WOK and sautee vegetables until onions are translucent.

In large pot combine vegetables, chicken, soups, poultry seasoning and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning. Mix well then simmer until heated through.

Yields Approximately 10 (1) Cup servings.
