Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 cup Rice flour, white 3 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 3 tsp Bacon grease 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
Bake in 9 inch square baking pan or cast iron pan
