Cheeseburger quiche

Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Salt1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese20.0 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites16.0 oz ground meat 90% lean 10% fat
Directions
Saute' onions till halfway done, then add the seasonings & ground meat, cook till meat is thoroughly cooked. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs & add container of egg whites, beat together. Spray muffin tins & add 1 tbsp. of meat mixture & 1 tbsp of the cheese then fill tins with egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Makes 23 single serving quiches. Serving Size: 23 quiches
