1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap3.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)3.5 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans3.5 cup Goya Black Beans0.5 cup Habanero peppers, raw1.75 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)2.0 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes
Directions
rinse beans and place in instant pot, add entire content of a can of tomatoes liquid and all. Add entire contents of Chipotle. Shred or finely dice chicken and add. Add 1.5 cup uncooked rice, dry spices to taste and pour 1.5 cups of water and 1 cup of broth. Seal lid and press 'rice' button. Serving Size: 11 1 cup servings
