Zucchini Pie

Ingredients
3 cups grated zucchini1 small onion, chopped1 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup grated cheese3 eggs, beaten1/4 cup canola oil4 tablespoons parmesan cheese2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon of the parmesan. Spoon the zucchini mixture into a greased 10-inch round glass pie plate. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with the reserved parmesan. Cool 10-15 minutes before slicing.
