2 pkgs Uncle Ben's Ready Rice - Whole Grain Brown1 can 98% FF Campbell's Cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup fat free milk.75 cup finely shredded Kraft 2% cheddar cheese10 oz. pkg frozen brocolli florets2 White fish fillets such as rainbow trout or flounderSalt to taste1 tbspn squeeze Parkay margarine.25 cup plain bread crumbs
Cook rice and spread in square baking dish.
Spread broccoli over rice. mix together cheese, soup and milk and pour over broc/rice. Lay fish fillets on top spread thin layer of margarine ove top of fish. Salt top of fish to taste. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top of entire dish. Bake at 425 for about 25 min.
