2.25 cup Black Beans, PC Blue Menu (1 serving = 1 cup) (by SHABO77) 1.25 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh .75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .75 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 100 grams Cilantro, raw 3 tsp Epicure Guacamole Dip Mix (1/2 tsp - 1.4 g) 2 tsp Epicure Poco Picante Salsa Mix (1/2 tsp - 1.8 g) 3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and allow to sit in fridge to allow flavours to meld, for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
Great served with tortilla chips.
