Seared Pork Chops and Peaches

2 (5 oz) Pork Chops (center cut pork loin) 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1/8 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper, black 1/2 cup Red Onion Raw, thinly sliced2 medium peaches, pitted and sliced1 tbsp fresh Basil, chopped 1/4 cup water
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat; sprinkle pork chops with salt & pepper.
Brown chops 3 minutes per side; remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add onion to skillet; reduce heat to medium.
Saute 5 minutes or until onion is browned and tender; stir in peaches.
Return chops to pan; add water.
Cover and simmer over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, or until chops are done; sprinkle with basil
