Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1.25 cup Aldi's Friendly Farms Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original 0.75 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 0.5 cup Honey 1 serving Egg white, large 4 large Egg white, fresh 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Ginger, ground 0.125 tsp Allspice 0.125 tsp Cloves, ground 5 slice Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain)
Directions
Combine everything but the bread in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Place the bread in the slow cooker and pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread.

Time: 4-6 hours (Ours cooked in 4 hours, 10 minutes)
