Bourbon Chicken without the Bourbon

Ingredients
25 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 2 oz Dole Pineapple Juice 100% juice .33 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 5.3 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 1 serving 1/8th tsp red pepper flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE) 12.5 grams Cornstarch
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into bite size chunks. Lightly brown chicken in olive oil. When done remove from skillet. Add all other ingredients to a bowl and whisk until cornstarch is dissolved and all ingredients are well blended, pour into skillet and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken to the skillet and cover and simmer for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken and chicken will be tender when done.
