3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) .5 fruit without seeds Lemons 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes) 1 serving Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup (by MINDYYY)
Directions
Placed avocados in bowl and mashed along with the celantro. Added the chopped up red onion and grape tomatoes. lastly I squeezed in the juice from 1/2 of a large lemon.
